Operator and scope

This policy covers visitors to algagroup.ru and en.algagroup.ru and inquiries about projects, cooperation and careers.

Processing is based on Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ, consent, steps requested by the individual before a contract, contract performance and statutory duties. Visiting the website does not grant permission for advertising, optional analytics or publication of personal information.

Purposes and information

An inquiry may include your name, surname, telephone, email or Telegram contact, company, task description, brief link, event type and proposed dates, depending on the form you complete. The purpose is to consider your request, clarify the task and contact you. Career inquiries may include relevant experience and a CV voluntarily supplied through your chosen channel.

Do not submit passwords, passport or payment credentials, medical information or information about other people without authority. Check the contents and sharing permissions of any brief link. Sending an inquiry does not authorise publication of its contents or your contact details.

Optional services

Yandex Metrica counter 104326197 starts only after you allow visitor analytics. It receives an IP address, cookie identifiers, browser and device information, request time and technical viewing information. Session Replay, click maps, automatic link tracking and form-content transmission are disabled. The configured counter receives the general home URL and website title instead of personal parameters and inquiry text. Technical identifiers may still constitute personal data.

Third-party embedded players start only after you allow external videos. Providers may receive your IP address, browser information and playback requests and use their own identifiers. Videos hosted by Alga remain available without this permission. Following an ordinary external link is a separate action subject to that service’s rules.

Processing and recipients

Processing includes collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use for the stated purpose, provision to authorised recipients, blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automated tools. Employee access is limited to their tasks. Requests from public authorities are handled as required by law.

The website server is in Russia and hosting is provided by Timeweb. Yandex mail services are used for business correspondence. Necessary infrastructure providers process information within their functions and lawful grounds. Yandex LLC provides Metrica. A selected embedded player may be supplied by RUTUBE, YouTube or Vimeo, where present. Foreign players may involve processing by a foreign provider.

The website contains links to Telegram and social networks; you choose whether to follow them and continue communication there. Existing forms may use Google reCAPTCHA, which supplies Google with browser and connection information when loaded. The analytics and video settings do not control reCAPTCHA and do not constitute permission for unrelated purposes.

Retention

Project and cooperation inquiries are used until the response and follow-up are complete, no longer than one year after the last substantive contact unless another lawful ground applies. Contract information is retained during performance and for applicable statutory document-retention periods. Unsuccessful candidate data is deleted within 30 days after consideration ends unless a separate basis exists for a candidate pool.

Optional preferences last until withdrawal or 180 days, whichever is earlier. Minimal preference evidence — version, categories, technical identifier and time — is retained for up to three years; it excludes names, contacts and inquiry contents. Third-party retention depends on applicable settings and legal grounds. Disabling future loading does not automatically erase previously transmitted information.

Rights and requests

You may request information, correction, blocking, cessation of unlawful processing or deletion, withdraw consent and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. Contact the operator by post or at alga.show@yandex.ru. State your request and a contact method. Identification or representation evidence may be requested where necessary without excessive collection.

Information requests are normally answered within ten working days, with a reasoned extension of no more than five working days where permitted. Following withdrawal, processing and deletion are addressed within 30 days unless another lawful ground permits retention. Optional permission can be withdrawn immediately in Privacy settings in the footer.

Security and updates

The operator restricts access and uses secure connections, access controls and procedures for incident response, recovery and deletion. Employees must maintain confidentiality. Technical ability to enter information does not justify collecting unnecessary data.

The current version is published at /policy/. Updating this policy does not expand previous consent: new independent purposes, optional categories or recipients require an appropriate basis and renewed permission where required.
