This has never happened before. In a way that we have never done before for the award ceremony of the competition «Doctor of the Year - White Flowers».
Our team decided to take the ceremony to a whole new level: we made an exhibition, one might say, an immersive welcome zone. For this purpose, in one of the pavilions of the IEC «Kazan Expo» we created a space in the form of a black square to immerse guests in a theatrical atmosphere.
The space was open, its center was the stage, on which the actors of the Kariev Theater presented excerpts from the play «Doctor of the Year - White Flowers», based on the novel of the same name. And we made the stage in the form of an open book, this symbolism seemed to allow the novel to come to life before our eyes. Other symbols - book-text-flowers - were permeated throughout the exhibition.
Around the stage there were 5 interactive zones in the form of large books-decorations, visually dividing the exhibition. Screens were built into the books, showing videos about each nomination and winners of previous years. And on one of the open books, each guest had the opportunity to leave a wish for colleagues. It quickly filled with kind words, everyone who wanted to signed the pages of the common book.
The podiums in the form of a tablet became, as it were, literally the «basis» for interactive events: on one of them, a girl-reader shared excerpts from a novel, on the second, an abstract dance was performed to live musical accompaniment, another «tablet» served for a master class on creating postcards using stamping.
Here, in the welcome zone, robot dogs were walking, gathering a whole crowd of fans! It was the interactivity of the venue that created an atmosphere of cohesion and importance of the medical community, ensuring the maximum level of immersion of what was happening. Quotes from the literary work, written on 6-meter canvases hanging from the ceiling, added involvement. Each person present became an integral part of the performance, united by a single rhythm - the beating of the heart, constantly sounding in the background of what was happening.
The next decoration created by us was already in the hall: the stage was decorated with LED flowers with controlled lighting, which echoed the main scenography and content.
